What is your fee? Do you ​take a percentage of my ​rent​?


Rest assured, there are no ​hidden fees – we do not ​deduct a percentage from your ​rent. Guests are willing to pay ​extra to rent spaces for shorter ​durations, and we only take ​any additional amounts above ​your specified rent.

How will you guarantee ​the rent?

Our business model is ​straightforward – we run a ​revenue-generating business ​where your rent is a fundamental ​operating expense. Along with ​your business signing the lease, ​we will personally ensure the rent ​payment.


Your partnership with us is ​highly valued as it forms the ​core of our business.

How do you know who ​comes in and out of the ​building?

Security is our top priority. To ​enhance safety, we would like ​to install a Wi-Fi-enabled ​security camera on the ​exterior of the building with ​your permission. This will help ​ensure that guests are not ​accompanied by any ​unauthorized individuals.

How long are your guests ​st​aying?

Guests who work and travel ​with us may stay for a period ​ranging from 5 days to several ​months, influenced by ​seasonal factors and the ​guests' occupations. A ​significant number are remote ​workers or contractors who ​typically stay for 2-3 months.

How do you screen guests ​an​d what is your criteria?

Several of our platforms ​conduct background checks ​and ID verification. ​Subsequently, we are furnished ​with this data for every inquiry ​we receive, and we personally ​approve or reject visitors. ​Additionally, we inquire about ​the purpose of their visit and ​factor in their explanation.


Our top priority is to ​guarantee a professional and ​secure experience for all ​parties involved, as our ​company's reputation is ​constantly on the line.

Do you market on platforms ​such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.?

We promote our venues on ​various travel booking platforms ​like Furnished Finder, Booking, ​Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, ​Corporate Housing, and others. ​These platforms, known as OTA ​Platforms (Online Travel ​Agencies), serve as ​intermediaries connecting us ​with our guests.


Our units are marketed to ​corporate travelers, traveling ​nurses, leisure tourists, and ​individuals traveling for business ​through a variety of marketing ​channels.

How do you ensure that there are no parties? What if a party ​occur​s?

Let's be clear - we make every effort to prevent any parties or events at our properties and ​ensure that everything is maintained impeccably. Keeping our rentals in top condition is crucial ​for our business as any issues can lead to downtime and loss of revenue, impacting our ​reputation and guest experience. To maintain quality stays, we have noise detectors in place to ​monitor noise levels. If noise exceeds a certain decibel level, our team is notified, and we will ​intervene by asking the guests to leave. Although we hope this situation never arises, any ​maintenance or damage will be promptly addressed by our team. Rest assured, such incidents are ​extremely rare.
